Homeowner hopes security cameras help nab young burglarINDIANAPOLIS - A young burglar was caught in action in broad daylight, after waiting on his victim to leave home. But what the thief failed to realize - his victim still had eyes on his property. The break-in happened Tuesday near Emerson and Fletcher on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Anthony Rush II decided to install a security camera to record his property 24/7 after a first burglary. On April 28, his camera recorded a school bus passing by, a work van, then a young burglar, who drops his bike and dashes into Rush's home. The homeowner says he's "angry, upset" about being violated again. "It was the second time I was broken into. Somebody broke into our garage, so I installed the security cameras," he said.
